We have finches and beautiful singing chickadees and bluejays, I get a lot of joy watching and hearing them all summer.Jewelshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15538842889301527010noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8254943.post-1156895298507923002006-08-29T19:48:00.000-04:002006-08-29T19:48:00.000-04:00Sounds like you need a big 'ol clay flower pot sau...Sounds like you need a big 'ol clay flower pot saucer hanging from the trees! I love that you feed the birds and don't mind the squirrels...we have some squirrels here that sound like yapping dogs, especially when they want their breakfast and the birds want theirs!Pinkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15320361823925427984noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8254943.post-1156877859249239602006-08-29T14:57:00.000-04:002006-08-29T14:57:00.000-04:00D- You wouldn't believe just how many feeders I ha...D- You wouldn't believe just how many feeders I have gone through. I really don't mind the squirrels though, I understand they are hungry too. I guess I should have added that the bird thing is also a big hobby of mine amoung many others. I've identified as many as perhaps 30 birds, and some weren't even supposed to be in my area.Kellycathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10371882533543195692noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8254943.post-1156877136829120572006-08-29T14:45:00.000-04:002006-08-29T14:45:00.000-04:00I gave up on the feeders. We just do the pinecones, covered in a mixture of peanut butter and breadcrumbs and then rolled in bird seed. We hang em with a ribbon from the tree.Deneenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12133271671966561594noreply@blogger.com
