I saw this mentioned on Craig's List the other day but didn't think to check it out...turns out the nearest two stores to me are 25 and 29 miles away. Hope you get some goodies if you have one locally.
Yeah, I went to the one in Queens when we last visited NY. The sales were not good at all, I could get better prices on sale at AC Moore. But I did get a Knitting Baby Blankets book for 40% off. And a wood stool for 20% off. I paint them for kids. I never did like their yarn selection.

i'm not surprised. the last 2 times i went there, it was a total mess. and i swore i would never go back. other people must have felt the same.
That's not such a good sale for a store going out of bussines. Jo-ann's got a better one!
