Is there anybody out there??

Hello All~

So sorry that once again I have been a bad blogger. As many of you know my life is hectic in strange ways, so please excuse my ignorance of my blog lately. Frankly I don't know why any one of you would want to read it, but hey I do get some responses, and that is worth something.

I'm starting to feel a bit better about my world. :) I think that is a good thing. Naturally being a woman I don't feel so great about my body lately... but heck most of us don't so why bother dwelling on stuff that we can't immediately change. My husband who is normally skinny as a bean pole, and in my opinion still is has the same issues. He is terribly congeous of his little beer belly. I guess it is because he doesn't drink. Who knows? I'm thinking that since we are the same age that probably has something to do with the whole weight gain thing. Now atleast I may have a live in partner where weight is problem. You have no idea how frustrating it is to be on a diet and watch your husband eat anything that he wants without worry. So now we just laugh.

Believe it or not I'm still working on potholders over here in Jersey! They are nice and quick to make, and I plan on giving them as gifts with some food items for Christmas. Sugar and Cream is now on sale this week at your local A.C. Moore for $1.19!!! Woo hoo..... just wish that I could find some freaking orange! If anyone has any give me a holla will ya?

My puppy is doing ok. I can't seem to get rid of the mange (not contageous) completely on my own. I'm still trying though. Funny thing is she is getting use to getting lots of baths now, and kinda looks forward to it. Isn't that weird for a dog? I know I have my kitties still, and I love them dearly but dogs are just so heart tugging. I don't want to leave the house for long periods of time. It really sucks! In a good way.... I think.

I don't know if I blogged about it, but I was considering for some time trying to have another child. That friggin clock was ticking really loud for some reason when I hit 40. Then I got the dog, and said hell no! This is enough kid for me! I've been through the diaper thing already, now the baby (dog) occasionally pees on the floor. Thats ok with me, as long as I don't hear screaming in the middle of the night. Wow now I'm remembering.

My daughter Chris is still sitting on the fence about whether or not it is working out with the bf. We really are going crazy with this situation. My Mom is playing games, and I don't want to get into it.

Other than that life is good.... because Andy Pettitte hit 200 last night in Yankee Stadium!!! haha Karen!!! Besides that we are now not worried about that stupid wild card anymore.

Bye for now all~

It's been very slow online lately.....glad you posted.

BTW, I considered a baby at 41 and then quickly came to my freaking senses about that.

I know what you mean about the puppy baby connection. When we first got Diamond I was getting up every 2 hours to take her out. I slept just like when the girls were babies, I could hear her when she woke up!
glad to see you back, Kels!

Hello! I think everyone is just in a posting blogging funk - I can not seem to find the time or the energy with the time I do have....even commenting lately on others posts after I read them in bloglines seems like too much time =)

But, glad to see you posting again!

This time of year always seems slow, but once the cooler weather kicks in things generally pick back up.

Good to see you back!
